Where can I purchase the sheets?
You can shop the new Bonds Home range online or in selected stores. If you would like to purchase the sheets online, head to the Bonds website or Big W website. If you would like to purchase in-store, you can find the range at our Bonds Chadstone (VIC) or Eastland Kids (VIC) locations, or at selected Big W stores. Find your nearest Big W store here.
What device do I need to access the AR experience?
You will need a smartphone or tablet device with a camera and internet to access the experience.
What iOS or Android version do I need on my phone or tablet to use the AR experience?
Your device will need to have the following minimum requirements:
iOS - Minimum iOS 7.0 or later, Recommended iOS 11.3 (ARKit 1.5 or 2.0), OpenGL ES3 or higher or Metal
Android -
Minimum Android Kitkat (4.4) or higher, Recommended Android Nougat (7.0) or higher on an ARCore compatible phone,
OpenGL ES3 or higher
Why can't I launch the experience on my computer?
The AR experience can only be launched on a smartphone or tablet that has a camera and internet access. If you are currently on a desktop device but would like to launch the experience, use your smartphone or tablet device to scan the QR code provided above and this will take you to the experience.
Is there a limit on how many times I can use the AR experience?
There is no limit on the number of times you can use the AR experience. Simply make your bed, launch the experience and enjoy!
Why can’t I hear sound when I launch the SnooZoo AR experience?
To hear sound in the SnooZoo AR experience, please ensure your phone or tablet volume is turned up. If you still can’t hear sound, please ensure your phone is not on silent by changing your device settings or flicking the Ring/Silent switch on your device to the Ring mode.
I’m having issues getting the AR experience to work on my device.
We’re sorry to hear that! We’d suggest refreshing your browser or opening the AR experience in a new browser (such as Safari or Chrome). If still no luck, then please let us know the device & browser you’re using so we can look into this with our team.
I’m having issues scanning the sheets in the AR experience.
We’re sorry to hear that! If the sheets don’t automatically scan within the AR experience, you should be pushed to a backup menu and prompted to select a sheet pattern. If the backup menu doesn’t appear while you’re waiting to scan your sheets, simply click ‘Skip’ on the top right corner to go to the backup menu and select a sheet pattern.
Why does the AR experience need access to my camera?
In order to bring the magical experience to life in your own bedroom, we need to access the camera viewfinder. Our AR characters will then appear in your world to help make the bedtime routine a dream.
My character is really tiny on the screen / my character has disappeared, what do I do?
We’re sorry to hear that! Our AR characters can be repositioned and rescaled on your screen to ensure the best possible experience. Simply tap a spot on your screen to place the character on a flat surface. To resize your character, simply touch the screen surface with two fingers and use a pinch and spread motion to increase or decrease character size.
